Coaching

1:1
Coaching with Ci
Deep, personal healing guided by someone who understands.
When you’ve spent a lifetime carrying the weight of critical incidents, command betrayal, and unspoken trauma, you need more than just talk therapy or another training module. You need someone who’s lived it. Someone who sees past the armor.
Through 1:1 coaching, Ci offers a safe, confidential space to:
Reclaim your identity outside the uniform in public safety leadership
Release unresolved trauma from the job and beyond
Build new tools for regulation, resilience, and relationships
Discover what it means to feel fully alive again
Whether you’re battling burnout, feeling numb, or facing a life-altering transition, this is where restoration begins.

Group Coaching & Peer Support Circles
You don’t have to heal alone.
Isolation is the silent killer — and it’s time we break that cycle. These group coaching circles offer a confidential, judgment-free space where you’ll connect with others who get it.
Led by Ci, each circle offers:
Peer support with others who’ve served (first responders, military, veterans)
Coaching rooted in somatic, trauma-informed practices
Tools to manage emotional triggers, anger, and disconnection
A sense of community, accountability, and shared growth
You’re not weak for needing support. You’re wise for choosing it.

The Warrior’s Compass: Finding Your North Star in the Forest of Trauma
A clear path from trauma to transformation.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a staircase — one you’ll climb at your own pace, sometimes stepping back, always moving forward. Designed by Ci through her own journey and deep study of trauma recovery, this signature framework offers structure, safety, and hope.
You’ll move through 8 transformative stages:
A Calling — Remember who you were when it all began
Trauma & Dysregulation — Acknowledge the cost of service and survival.
Disenfranchised — Name the fractures: in identity, performance, and connection
Disassociation — Face the darkness with support and compassion.
Wake-Up Call — Respond to life’s pivot points with courage.
Presence — Learn regulation, aligned values, and embodied wellness.
Radical Acceptance — Rebuild self-compassion, community, and vision.
Transformation — Step into healed leadership, purpose, and impact.
Whether you’re battling burnout, feeling numb, or facing a life-altering transition, this is where restoration begins.

Step 4
Navigate Your Darkest Hour Safely
Find hope when everything feels hopeless.
This is often the hardest stage, where identity loss and despair peak. You'll develop crisis tools, safety planning, and learn that this darkness isn't your final destination—it's the turning point toward healing.
Step 5
Transform Your Wake-Up Call into Fuel
Turn your rock bottom into your foundation.
Whether it was a health scare, lost relationship, or moment of crisis, you'll reframe your wake-up call as the gift that saved your life. This stage builds unshakeable motivation for the healing work ahead.
Step 6
Accept Your Story and Expand Your Life
Integrate your experiences into wisdom and strength.
Stop trying to "get over" your trauma and learn to live with it as an integrated part of your story. You'll rebuild relationships, discover new interests, and develop genuine self-compassion.
Step 7
Reclaim Your Power Through Presence
Take responsibility without taking blame.
Learn the difference between what you can and can't control. You'll develop mindfulness tools, begin processing trauma somatically, and take small but powerful steps toward physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
Step 8
Step into Your Transformed Leadership
Become the leader, mentor, and human you were meant to be.
Your healing becomes your superpower. You'll discover your renewed purpose, learn to lead from a place of wholeness, and create exponential impact by helping others find their way through the darkness you've navigated.
Step 3
Face the Fallout with Compassion
Address the relationship and performance damage without shame.
Take an honest inventory of what trauma has cost you in relationships, work, and health. You'll learn to separate the trauma from your identity and begin making amends—starting with yourself.
Step 2
Understand Your Survival System
Learn why your body and mind adapted the way they did.
Stop fighting your nervous system and start working with it. You'll understand hypervigilance, emotional numbing, and isolation as intelligent survival responses—not personal failures—while learning safe ways to begin feeling again.
Step 1
Reconnect with Your Calling
Rediscover the fire that originally drove you to serve.
Uncover your core values and remember why you chose this path. You'll separate your authentic calling from the trauma that clouded it, giving you a foundation of purpose to build upon as you heal.
