I have tried therapy in the past for brief periods of time, I’ve read self-help books, I’ve watched shows, and I’ve learned to live with my feelings and emotions. And I tried to become strong on my own. Early this year I met Cindy and I began meeting with her once a week. I have to say she has helped me change so many areas of my life!
